1. Delivery Availability & Substitutions: We strive to deliver the exact product as per your order. However, in some cases, due to location constraints, an exact match may not be available. In such instances, customers will receive a 100% refund for future purchases.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellations: Samriddhi Cake reserves the right to accept or cancel any order after it has been placed. If an order is canceled by us, the customer will be issued a 100% refund via bank transfer, wallet, or coupon. We make every effort to fulfill all orders but reserve the right to refuse orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Attempts & Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the provided address or refuses to accept the delivery, no refund will be provided as our products are perishable. In such cases, the order will be marked as delivered and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Additional Charges (Octroi & Taxes): If there are any applicable Octroi or local government charges in the recipient’s area, they will be borne by the customer.

5. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: We may experience delays due to natural calamities, traffic conditions, or other unexpected events. In such cases, we will notify the customer and attempt to deliver at the earliest possible time.

6. Scheduled Delivery: Orders will be delivered on the selected date and time slot chosen by the customer at checkout. We ensure timely delivery, but slight variations in timing may occur due to external factors.

7. Delivery Resolution Timeline: If an order is not delivered within the chosen time slot or date, we will resolve the issue within 5 days from the originally scheduled delivery date.
