3. Cancellations & Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please inform us at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Changes to custom cakes will be accommodated based on availability and feasibility.

4. Delivery & Pickup: We offer same-day and scheduled delivery across Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, and nearby areas. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Customers can also choose to pick up their cakes from our store.

5. Quality & Freshness: All our cakes are freshly baked using premium ingredients. Cakes should be stored as per the Product Care Instructions mentioned on our website to maintain freshness. Once the cake is delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for improper storage or handling.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy: If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged cake, etc.), please contact us immediately with proof (photos) within 1 hour of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be provided only if the issue is valid and reported within the given time. Taste preferences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
